  • Příjemné jednání na recepci, vzorně uklizený pokoj i koupelna, rozmanitá a bohatá sndaně,milá obsluha.

  • Postrádala jsem na pokoji lednici s možností dokoupení nápojů, poruchový starý televizní přijímač Hluk zvenčí chápu, hotel je na rušné třídě...

  • + Dobrá přístupnost (metro a tramvaj stanice I. P. Pavlova a chvíle pešky od hlavního vlakového nádraží) + Vstřícný personál + Na Prahu dobrá cena Malé plus za rychlovarnou konvici a šálky čaje na pokoji.

  • Spousta vlastně nepodstatných maličkostí: - měli jsme pokoj s oknem na nakloněném stropě a od okna dolů vedla linka od zatékající vody (musel to být vyjimečný jev, protože například koberec pod linkami byl v naprostém pořádku) - krytka odtoku ve sprše byla odlomená - televize chytala jen mizivé množství českých stanic, které byly navíc rozházené na různých číslech a mezi nimi byla hluchá místa - zvuková izolace pokojů není zrovna ideální Žádná z těchto věcí neměla nijak velký dopad na kvalitu našeho pobytu. Postele byly čisté, stejně jako koberec a toaleta a to je hlavní. Jen si těchto drobností člověk prostě všimne a zvláště ta televize zamrzí.
